浩合元活性炭/微球活性炭
由上述各向同性和各向異性兩類不同制備的球形活性炭,以(yi)中(zhong)間相(xiang)炭微球(qiu)(CMS)為(wei)(wei)(wei)核心(xin)材料(liao),瀝青為(wei)(wei)(wei)殼層材料(liao)前軀(qu)體,采(cai)用原位生成法制(zhi)備了(le)中(zhong)間相(xiang)炭微球(qiu)/活性(xing)炭(AC)復(fu)(fu)合材料(liao)。將(jiang)所制(zhi)CMS/AC復(fu)(fu)合材料(liao)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)超(chao)級電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)負極材料(liao),組裝了(le)模(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器和(he)鋰離子半電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)。采(cai)用掃描(miao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)鏡和(he)X-射(she)線衍射(she)儀分析了(le)材料(liao)的(de)物理(li)結構,并研究(jiu)了(le)CMS/AC復(fu)(fu)合材料(liao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)進行(xing)研究(jiu)。結果表明:CMS/AC復(fu)(fu)合負極材料(liao)在六(liu)氟磷鋰/碳(tan)(tan)酸(suan)乙(yi)烯酯+碳(tan)(tan)酸(suan)二(er)甲酯(LiPF6/EC+DMC)與四氟硼(peng)酸(suan)四乙(yi)基銨/乙(yi)腈(jing)(Et4NBF4/AN)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)液(ye)中(zhong)均表現(xian)出良好(hao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)化(hua)學性(xing)能,其比電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)在模(mo)擬電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器中(zhong)達到25.8 F/g,在鋰離子半電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)能達到306.6mAh/g(0.2C);同(tong)時表現(xian)出良好(hao)的(de)倍率性(xing)能//tyzzjx.cn/
